Dear Conference Delegates,

Unfortunately the submission time for reviewed conference articles has expired and the Scientific Committee has already inviting the submission of full articles.  We are looking forward to a very vibrant conference program in light of approximately 70 high quality conference papers that were submitted.  Therefore, with great regret we are unable to consider further articles for inclusion into the official oral presentation program of the conference.

However, given the continued interest of many potential conference presenters, we are making further informal poster presentation opportunities available for conference participants.

These presentation proposals can be submitted until the 1st of September and they will be publishing as one-page extended abstracts in the conference proceedings.  These extended abstracts will only be reviewed to ensure that they conform to the formatting requirements of the conference proceedings detailed in the “instruction to authors” document downloadable from the conference website.  The authors of these extended abstracts will also be given the opportunity to present their work as poster presentations during conference coffee and lunch breaks.

I would like to invite you to submit your extended abstract proposal to me by the 1st of September 2007.
