A number of technologies developed by the NCEA are commercialised
through License Agreements. License agreements are in place for a range
of irrigation technologies, in particular:
The NCEA continuously reviews its commercialisation opportunities and strategy and works closely with USQ office of External relations and Commercialisation. A number of products and opportunities for commercialising research outputs exist and include The NCEA has developed a suite of software tools that support better management of irrigation practices. Many of these have been developed through funding by Queensland Government Department of Environment and Resource Management, specifically under the SEQ Irrigation Futures Knowledge Management System for Irrigation (KMSI).
